We make every effort to display our products and their colors, materials, and finishes accurately on the Site. The actual product may vary slightly from the images shown due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in your local currency where applicable (AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, NZD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — your order is confirmed only when the items have been dispatched.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the amount due to your selected payment method.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Lifetime Warranty

Trove pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing faults, detailed in the Refund Policy. The warranty does not cover wearer-induced damage, loss, or theft.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Trove name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, layout, and graphics — is the property of Trove or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with the operation of the Site or our infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trove and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the products purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or guarantees you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
