Shipping policy

Every Trove order ships free, fully tracked, end to end. No thresholds. No add-ons. No fine print.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times below are estimates from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day the order is placed.

  • Australia — Australia Post — 5–9 business days
  • United States — USPS — 6–10 business days
  • United Kingdom — Royal Mail — 5–10 business days
  • Canada — Canada Post — 7–10 business days
  • New Zealand — NZ Post — 5–9 business days

Delivery times may extend during peak retail periods (Black Friday, Christmas, end of financial year) and on international shipments subject to customs processing.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on every order, in every market we serve. There are no minimum spend thresholds.

Tracking

Your tracking number is sent to you by email within 1–3 business days of placing your order. Track your shipment any time on our order tracking page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for free reshipment. If you spot an error after placing your order, email contact@shop-trove.com as soon as possible — we can usually intercept and correct before dispatch.

Customs and duties

Trove prices include local-currency pricing for the markets we serve (AU, US, GB, CA, NZ). For orders shipped to destinations outside these markets, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than five business days, or your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimates above, contact us at contact@shop-trove.com. We'll chase it down with the carrier and resolve it from there.
